SHOP POLICIES:

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REPAIRS

ELIGIBILITY

PRODUCTOFI has a 30-day return policy for all 1 of 1 pieces and all pieces in the permanent collection. customs are not eligible for returns. customs may be eligible for exchange if there is a defect or error on my part. pieces must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. returns of sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

RETURN PROCESS

to initiate a return, please submit a contact form with the subject “RETURN.”  provide your order number, the piece(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return. you will be contacted within one week with instructions on how to proceed.

RETURN SHIPPING

the customer is responsible for the cost of return or exchange shipping unless the return is due to a defect on my part. if the item is defective, you will be sent a prepaid shipping label for the return. judgment of what is a defective item remains up to the store owner. it is recommended you use trackable shipping to ensure safe return of the piece. please include a copy of proof of purchase with the returned item.

REFUNDS

once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria above. if the return is approved, your refund will be processed.

EXCHANGES

if you wish to exchange an item, please submit your request through the contact form and include the title “EXCHANGE.” exchange availability may vary. any price difference between the original piece and the exchanged piece may be applicable.

CUSTOM REMAKES

customs are not eligible for returns. customs may be eligible to exchange for a remake if there is an error or defect on my part. pieces must follow above eligibility requirements. please submit a contact form with “CUSTOM REMAKE” as the title if you’d like to initiate this process.

REPAIRS

PRODUCTOFI strives to create handcrafted products that will last. if your piece happens to break, repairs are free, just pay shipping. please treat your pieces kindly as they are made of glass. although it is rare, some pieces may be subject to a repair fee. some pieces may not be able to be repaired and will have to be remade. if the shop owner determines your piece to have unreasonable breakage, it will be subject to a repair fee. you will be notified of such before your piece is repaired. pieces will most likely be repaired within one week of receiving. to initiate repair, please submit a contact form titled “REPAIR.” you may be asked to submit a photo. please note that the repair policy covers damages resulting from normal use. it does not extend to damaged caused by misuse or alterations to the piece.

CUSTOMS POLICY

customs are specialty items that are occasionally offered from PRODUCTOFI. to submit a custom request, please fill out the customs form. you will be contacted within one week with instructions on how to proceed. sometimes customs are closed, and sometimes customs may be denied. this is up to the store owner's digression. once a request is submitted, please be ready for a back and forth conversation to narrow down your precise desires for your piece. the more information you provide in your form submission, the quicker the process will go. customs are priced based on size, color and detail. please keep in mind the following when submitting a request for a custom: 

☆ refunds are not available for customs, but an exchange for a remake may be. please refer to “RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REPAIRS” policies for more information regarding this

☆ please be ready to buy if you are submitting a custom form. if you are not ready to buy, but are just curious if something can be made, indicate that. ideally, message @productofi on instagram for inquiries of this nature.

☆ custom listings will stay up for one week. at that point, you will receive a reminder to purchase your piece. if i do not hear from you or if you do not purchase within the next week, your listing will be removed.

☆ customs are a specialty item that are not always offered. the storefront will indicate whether customs are open or not. if a custom form is submitted while custom orders are closed, it may not be answered until custom orders open again. please follow the shop instagram for the most regular updates.
